Friday, March 16, 2012 - Light ecru appearance, small bead, and medium mousse. Citrus, floral, green apple, and yeasty aromas carry over to the palate, joined by Squirt soda pop, pears, and spice flavors. Finishes with a steely persistence. Not as complex as previous bottles but has good balance of fruit and acidity.
