90 Points

Tuesday, March 20, 2012 - Agree wholeheartedly with recommendations to let this one breathe for a long while. Even after a four hour decant, I wouldn't have gone higher than 87 on night 1: wound very tight on the nose and in the mouth. Night 2 brought marked progress towards Day 3's picture of an Oregon Pinot in this price range. Well-integrated, bright acid, round for its lightness, a smidge of sweet and earthiness throughout with mellow red fruit by its side. I only paid $20 and would buy again anywhere under low 30's.
