Friday, April 30, 2010 - Nose:Very fruity. Like a grape and raspberry preserves thats being heated. Taste: super intense blueberries and cream. A touch of tobacco/smoke on the finish. I get something unpleasant at the back of my throat that I wonder if could be smoke taint, but I'm not sure. This wine is otherwise delicious (though def pushing on fruit bomb) and I will definitely be noting future zins from this winery.
