Saturday, November 5, 2011 - Clear, bright lemon color. Very pure, very fresh on the palate, with minerals, citrus and green apples and pears. Seems a bit timid at first, but builds up, and appears as quite full bodied, with lots of minerals and fruits, and great acid. Aftertaste is long and pleasant. Still a baby, but delicious to drink now. After one week, the wine had transformed, feeling mature and developed, with tones of tropical fruit. Round and smooth on the palate, and polished acid.
