Sunday, January 1, 2012 - Pale yellow color. Beautiful, delicate bead; typical chenin characteristics of quince, ginger, and smoke with a slight metallic note rounded out with a little oak. This is an outstanding off-dry sparkler (higher dosage than in the Brut).
