Tuesday, April 10, 2012 - The first of six purchased last fall. Served on Easter Sunday at 48-50F in Riedel Vinum Chardonnay glasses with appetizers. Light yellow color, modest mousse and perlage. Fragrant citrusy, nutty, peachy aromatics, with green apples, pears, and mineral on the palate. Wonderful fresh broad mouth feel, very good balance and a lingering crisp finish.
This was a delightfully accessible drink and a great value that I will enjoy over the next 10+ years.

With Dim Sum..... Oh my, this just keeps getting better with each bottle.
