Saturday, October 20, 2012 - Yellow/gold in color. Nice mousse, but very little bead. Mineral, apple and floral elements on the nose. Nicely balanced light palate of wheat, apple and chalk with a tad of honey sweetness dropping in and out. Looking for a little more acid and spritz. Very nice, but I am not a fan of this style.
