Saturday, April 11, 2020 - Straw yellow, seems little fizz. Aroma of strong beeswax, ripe peach, apricot, quince and lime. Palate entry of beeswax, floral, juicy plum and gentle bubbles. Mid-palate of quince, sage, thyme and juicy peach. Long finish of wax, violet and tree fruits. Very surprisingly complex and lively Vouvray Petillant, great acid and structure.
