Friday, December 1, 2023 - Sexy wine, in a lovely place at the moment. Somehow the trademark Chenin crabapple note has been concentrated so that it's now more like zesty, piquant lime, and there were also plenty of savoury, wheaty notes and a peppery finish. Really moreish and mouthwatering, and rich enough to pair with a stirfry despite being pretty dry.
