Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Near perfection in a slightly aged white wine. Explodes in the mouth with lime and lime blossom. Then it grabs on with chalky grip, shows a lovely spice melange and fans out into an underripe tropical orchard finish. The finish goes on and on. Such good juice.
