Thursday, April 15, 2010 - 100% Chenin Blanc. Crisp and citric on the nose with notes of grapefruit and minerality. Very silky, smooth in the mouth with a good citric balance and fruity sweetness, although this is a dry wine with only 9.5 g/l of residual sugars. There are flavors of apple and lemon.
