Monday, November 29, 2010 - Plenty of acid and minerality on the palette: citrus flavor of lime and lemon. Great structure. If I was tasting blind I would have guessed it was a Sauvignon Blanc young. Zesty, citrus, and bright. Great introduction to Chenin Blanc.
