Wednesday, April 6, 2011 - Nice golden hue. Rich flavors of lemon curd. I pick up some of the residual sugar, which affords the rounded flavor profile. Overall impression of depth and balance. This was consumed with a meal of lemon shrimp over roasted onions and fennel... so it had a lot to contend with...
