Monday, June 6, 2011 - Fairly dry, and a bit lean, with some green apple, red apple skin, good acidity, but turns to citrus on the finish, which fades a bit too fast. A decent and enjoyable quaff, not bad value, but lacking some stuffing and interest.

Next night: this has rounded out and gained depth, some of the lean citrus notes fading, and more minerality coming through. Very, very nice now. Definitely needs some air to open up, even though I gave it a couple hours last night.
