Saturday, October 29, 2011 - My first dry chenin blanc that has a bland, neutral flavor that I would have guessed was sauvignon blanc. Very crisp with a nicely rounded backend, I felt like this wine did a good job staying focused.
The biting acidity died down on day two, making for a more pleasant experience.
