Wednesday, January 18, 2012 - Citrusy and minerally with notes of stone fruit on the first day - would be difficult to distinguish from a high quality QbA Riesling. After a couple days in the fridge, the Chenin character really shines through, with apple, quince, and guava, and flinty, floral, hay notes. A slight perception of sweetness on the rich palate, with a dry, minerally, quince finish. Liked this a lot.
