Monday, April 16, 2012 - Nose is a bit reticent showing honeydew melon and a spritz of lemon. Medium bodied with medium acidity. Peach and pear with palpable, almost spritzy, minerality. Finishes with a bit of lemon and lemon pith. Fantastic juice, perhaps a bit less vibrant at this stage than the '10.
