Monday, August 13, 2012 - Crisp lime and tart pineapple fruit. The wine is dry but it leaves a faint impression of sweetness like a dry riesling. The finish is long with salty minerals. Not overly complex but a delicious summer wine. At $30 bucks not necessarily the best QPR though. I don't know much about the Loire Valley but I will definitely search out more Huet and Chidaine Sec wines to try as the few I have had were tasty.
