Friday, August 19, 2016 - Wow, Huet's '09 & '10 secs haven't evolved much since I started drinking them five years ago. That's not a bad thing; I loved them then, and they're still fine. On the sweeter side of sec. Crystalline lemon and zest, sweet peach, crushed rock. I hope I still have some to revisit in a decade or two.
