Thursday, December 8, 2022 - About 45mins of air. On the nose lots of strawberry, dried cherry, cranberry, french oak. The palate was medium + bodied with well balanced acid and a touch of tannin. Good complexity of red and dark fruits on the palate, but not particularly earthy. Very enjoyable especially considering I bought this for $45. Definitely no reason to wait here as this is at its peak; drink within the next few years. Also of note when this was opened the acid was very high and definitely required some air to come into balance.
