Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Greater Spotted Beaunes - Two 1999 1er Crus from each main commune in the Cotes de Beaune.. (David P's): Damson fruit with a venison wellington nose, definitely some pastry as well as the sweet meat and the duxelles. With time some lime zest enriches the broad nose. Right up my strasse.
