Palate starts excellent as well with similar flavors - really great acidic and great cut. There are some odd flavors and textures in the finish that go along with the lime and minerals - a little stinky, wet cardboard. This was still good as it warmed up but not as good. Showed more peach and apple, but lost some of its razor sharpness. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 4.5/6, Finish - 4/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 14.5/20.
