Thursday, January 1, 2015 - From Coravin. Leather black currant and plum, spice, alcohol heat all of which are quite muted. In the mouth the wine has flavours of leather, black fruit and spice. Very savoury though with chewy tannins. I still think this needs a bit more time to come together. I may push out my window for my remaining bottles for 4 years or so.
