Monday, August 22, 2016 - Kept about two years under condition 1, last two years under condition 2 (see my profile). Color: dark purple. Interesting nose with with forest trees. Taste: red and some black fruit. Medium bodied. Quite soft and round. The tannins were resolved. The 14% alcohol was noticeable, but at the first day not disturbing. At the second it was dominating the taste to much. Ready to be drunk. I am curious if and how this wine will develop. At the first day: really enjoyable wine from a very good year. First day: 88(-89).

2/14/2020 11:36:00 AM - Most wines of my tasting notes are stored under two different conditions:
1. in a wine-cooler at 12 degrees C, with ventilation for appropriate humidity.
2. at a place with a temperature of 12 (winter) - 20 degrees C (summer; summer 2009 and 2011 for at the utmost a couple of weeks 21 degrees C., 2018 three months 23,5 degrees C.), humidity 60-95%, no light, no smells, no vibrations.
