Monday, January 31, 2022 - Coravin fun - Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Wet blackcurrant but with a little alcohol and peppery spice initially on the nose. With time some raisins and sweet spice. Sourly juicy, raisins and blackcurrant, tight, drying floury textured tannins close things down, chalky minerality on the finish. Hmm.
