Friday, April 20, 2012 - Air quickly disperses what seems, to me, to be overly sweet black fruit, so that the structure becomes more apparent and a few red fruits show, too. Easy without being overly soft. There are hints of savory characteristics – meat, maybe, or soy? – which, combined with the fresh acidity, seem to suggest a nice future (sure, it's screwcapped, but there's not even the suggestion of reduction).
