Monday, April 16, 2012 - I enjoyed the '07 which seems the better vintage. I agree with last note, but my experience was overall more "restrained" and smooth...Medium bodied with lighter acid and tannin - such that without food, this is fine stuff. Perfect level of fruit - some sour cherry and light spice/leather due to the oak qualities that are very subtle. This all after a good 60 mins in big glass and a hair chilled.

I would buy more for shelf, but aging won't add much based on my experience, IMO.
