Saturday, February 9, 2013 - dark plum color, a little bit hot on the nose when first opened, alcohol settling after 30 minutes. cherry, plum, fig notes.

I first paired this with pizza and was content, but when I paired this with teriyaki salmon I was impressed. A great value for the price and will definitely pull it out again anytime I'm having smoked salmon, beef jerky or teriyaki of any sort.
