Sunday, March 6, 2016 - Again very good, harmonious, juicy, quite ready.
Good colour. Perfect ripeness.
It is only that tiny quantum of structure and complexity missing what sets it apart from greatness.
Surprisingly complementary with very ripe liquidified cheese, ciabatta, ham and horseradish.
Serving a Magnum to friends wont fail to satisfy.
Ready but will probably hold
