Friday, November 15, 2013 - Another wine that lasted in the Coravin only for about two weeks, because it was just too compelling. Monprivato does equally well in warmer vintages, and this wine is starting to become drinkable, and provide the joy of Monprivato in warm vinrages, with the compelling unmistakable aromas of Monprivato uplifted by just an accent of the good VA. Not saying this will achieve the stratospheric heights of say the 1985, but it is quite compelling now and will only get better.
