Monday, January 29, 2024 - - Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of tobacco, smokey and tea. It's balanced and has flavours of black pepper, blackberry, black currant and chocolate with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted 90 minutes. Smoked meat on the nose. Incredibly peppery tannins even after decant.
