Sunday, April 7, 2013 - Very expressive and aromatic nose, with flowers, tropical fruit and honey. It is medium (-) in sweetness, with stone fruit, tropical fruit and citrus on th palate. Medium plus acidity and minerality keep it from appearing sweeter. Nice body, mouthfeel and finish. Drinking really well now and likely to remain at this level for a few more years. It paired very well with a savory cheeses.
