A little more weighty on the tongue than in appearance, this showed notes of pear and citrus, flowers, truffle, and nut oil, all in good measure. Excellent acid level and finishes clean with citrus and some minerals. If I were to try this again, I would give it a day decant or wait at least five years for it to reveal its nuances.
