Saturday, November 13, 2010 - Nice example of Chard that is oaked, but very subtly. Tropical fruit notes with a little wood on finish. Not overtly buttery or heavy with vanila notes. Decent level of acid. I tasted against Con Sur Organic Chard which i preferred.
