Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Classic Barossa greasepaint aroma of added acid, age, warm Shiraz fruit.
I believe this is French oaked. Not particularly noticeable now.
Soft and silky now. No blockbuster. Flavoursome and enjoyable. Best served at cellar temperature.
