Saturday, November 19, 2022 - PnP. Medium translucent, no bricking. Nose of red fruit and wood. Fine-grained tannins. Dark fruit taste. Lots of life still.
+ 1 hour: darker fruit on the nose. Tannins smoothed out. Taste similar to PnP. Very nice.
