12/23/2020 5:44:00 AM - I am working through two cases of this wine so have had many bottles. At its age I would only decant it off the sediment if it was going to be poured into glasses shortly after to be consumed and then slowly contemplated in the glass. You miss a lot of the evolution in the glass if you decant it for a long time. I typically just open it an hour in advance and cork it back up. I serve it at 65 degrees F. Let me know how it goes.
