Monday, February 14, 2011 - Pale yellow color with hints of green. Aromas of green melon, granitic stone, and spiced pear. The palate shows old vine sap with a deep stony character with a sweet melon and spicy pear note riding the structure. The finish is long. A chalkiness shows up with the granite elements. Easy and delicious. Drink.
