Wednesday, December 3, 2008 - Beautiful wine. Botrytis, vanilla, pear, and tangerine on nose. Pear, butterscotch, vanilla on palate. Not overly cloying or sticky, well balanced with smooth finish. So far our favorite sauterne. (A-).
