Very smooth and silky mouth feel, popped and poured within 5 minutes with no hint of bitterness. It developed well in the glass. This wine is well balanced and very well made. Elegant and smooth cherry fruits, strawberry, fine tannins. The acidity is mouthwatering but with no hint of sharpness. We enjoyed this distinctively new world fine wine.
