Monday, December 9, 2013 - Double decanted about 2 hours before serving with grilled NY Strip steaks. Nose of plums, cassis, and coffee. Full mouthfeel, noticeable but round tannins, good length. Even better the next day with fuller mouth feel and persistent flavors in the finish. Nice wine, well worth buying, and should be better in 3-5 years.
