Saturday, May 3, 2014 - dark core, red outside
rich toasty nose, plums, lots of vanilla
fragrant, quite light body, good acidity and balance
lots of fruit, still quite a bit of chew
Very drinkable and pure
some length, leather and then vanilla on the end
coming into maturity but that oak is still very obtrusive, will it ever integrate?
