Friday, May 11, 2018 - Typical left bank Bordeaux nose of dark fruit, earth, pencil shavings. Palate shows red plums, rich currant, some creme de cassis and slight suggestion of red berry. Balanced oak. Some forest floor. Still present but Integrated tannins. Medium bodied. Was best after an hour decent. Drinking well with decanting but enough structure to suggest further maturation and a long drinking window.
