Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Light gold color. Drank 2 glasses over an hour plus. All Grand Cru fruit from Avize, Cramant, and Chouilly with a low dosage. The nose is yeasty, baked apple, pear and biscuit, fairly fresh with a little air. The palate shows red apple, spiced apple crisp, ginger, biscuit, honey and nutmeg. Maybe not the most elegant, but solid, and a great value for GC grower bubbles. Although I liked it more than my wife did. 91+ for me/90 for her.
