Sunday, January 20, 2013 - Had with a salmon in a light mushroom cream sauce.
Dark red in color.
Nose of red raspberry, cranberry, forest loam, floral, and spice.
Palate of red raspberry, cranberry, pomegranite, forest loam, spice.
The finish was long in length, good mouthfeel and acidity given the warm vintage.
Overall a really nice wine, was very glad to see it showed well.
