Tuesday, November 26, 2019 - PNP, opened up over two hours. Medium color, slightly rusty. Red raspberry. Cranberry. 5-spice powder. Fruit is still primary, but not extracted and balanced with a crisp acidity. Medium body, long finish. Drink or hold.
