Saturday, March 14, 2015 - Like a heavy chablis. Stone. Minerals. Chalk. Grass. Some body. Light touch of oak. Acid is there but wont hurt your throat. Drinking nicely now. I doubt many would pick this out as new world. Had with black cod. Work3d well. Very nice wine.
