Monday, March 18, 2013 - Translucent magenta. Strawberry basket and cinnamon spice nose. Medium to full bodied, pomegranates, bing cherries, white pepper, well integrated tannins, big acid, and a slightly fizzy medium finish. For an entry-level wine, this is really very good.

But this week, 2 1/2 years later, it was much better. Not to the level of their vineyard designates, but very good. Becoming "more Californian" is a good thing, IMHO.
