Thursday, April 28, 2022 - PnP and drank two glasses. VacUVined and in the frig for 5 days. (Don’t ask.) Then drank remaining over 2+ hour. Opaque reddish purple. No orange rim! Full-bodied w/o being jammy. Earthy. Anise predominates. Still pleanty of fruit. Dark fruit with faint hints of raspberry and cherry. Still opened up tonight. Plenty of life left. Hard to believe this wine is 14 years old.
