Monday, January 4, 2016 - Almost impossible to not drink this down quickly. Silky smooth without a sharp edge. Tannins have almost completely disappeared leaving a viscous liquid of macerated black fruit, leathery earth, smoked meat, and bacon fat. Did as a pop and pour without food. Upside potential here with time and food.
